| ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- dear internet, now it's your turn Dear Internet Stop sucking my time away. I know it's not really your fault but why do you keep spitting up things such as Facebook, Goodreads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Multiply - and, more, more, more? Seriously, there are so many of these stupid social networking sites and everyone I know seems compelled to join each and every last one. While I love some of them (GoodReads, Twitter), others just make me fatigued and annoyed (LinkedIn, I'm looking at you). Honestly, I don't need or want to know what my friends (and *their* friends) are doing every last second of the day - we need space. It's better that way). It's enough to make me cling to my dear old D-land like a time-worn, reliable teddy bear. Comfort Internet - I never knew there was such a thing until now. xo 4:12 pm - 09.04.08
